Me and Earl and the Dying Girl Review
I really enjoyed watching the movie, its unlike any piece I have seen before and can most definitely be described as unique. The basic plot is Seventeen-year-old Greg has managed to become part of every social group at his Pittsburgh high school without having any friends, but his life changes when his mother forces him to befriend Rachel, a girl he once knew in Hebrew school who has leukaemia. The empowering message of the film in my personal opinion is to stay close to those around you, and be there for your friends especially when they need you the most. I expect that eventually the main character Greg will get into the college he wants and pursues his dreams, which in this instance is classical movies.
